Blooming Starr Nursery is a family effort, built with the encouragement and support of my husband, who has joined me on this journey. Together, we combine our strengths to grow healthy plants and share them with others who appreciate the beauty and joy they bring.

Our mission is simple: to provide thriving plants and honest knowledge so that anyone, whether just starting out or an experienced gardener, can feel confident in growing something beautiful.

Our history

Hi, I'm Miranda and for over 20 years, I devoted my time to raising my family as a stay-at-home mom. When it came time to return to the workforce, I struggled to find a path that truly fit.

That search led me back to something that had always been a constant source of peace and purpose—plants.

What started as a personal passion quickly blossomed into Blooming Starr Nursery. It’s a business born from patience, resilience, and love, and it represents not just a career shift but a new beginning for me.
